Professional Background

Av. N. Dilek Yolyapan graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1986 and completed her legal internship at the Ankara Bar Association.

In 1988, she began her career as a lawyer within the Ministry of Finance, General Directorate of Chief Legal Counsel and Litigation (BAHUM). During her tenure, she worked in Elazığ, Kırklareli, and İzmir, handling various State-related legal cases and providing consultancy services under the framework of Legal Counsel.

Over the years, she gained extensive experience in key legal fields such as:
